Renaud Lévesque
Certified Professional Inspector
"I'm always looking at the big picture, keeping the details in mind. Knowing what you're buying and understanding the home's systems are important to understand," Renaud says. "There are always going to be problems in every home but there are also solutions for every problem. I can help my clients understand that, to see both the big picture and the details in context."
Renaud comes to home inspection from a background in design, specialized in prototyping and 3D printing, solving design problems, investigating and demystifying systems, and focusing on solutions. But as the world of design work became increasingly virtual, Renaud said he had the desire to get back to the tactile. "I'm happier doing inspections; this work is much more rooted in the physical world."
Renaud is a social, organized, detail-oriented guy. He's also physically fit, spending his free time mountain biking, and any outdoor sport that's in season. He's always ready for a challenge, whether mixing plastic powders in 50-degree heat or climbing on roofs and weaving through trusses in attics.
Currently a resident of Bromont, Renaud says he loves helping people moving to the area. "Most people coming out here do so because they work from home, or are recently retired and have been dreaming about living in a recreational town just like me before I moved here."
Renaud completed the Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu inspection home inspection program and has a Bachelor of Industrial Design from the Université de Montréal. Renaud is completely bilingual in both English and French. He offers inspection services in the greater Montréal area, Montérégie and Estrie regions, with a focus in Shefford, Lac Brome, Granby, Cowansville, Bromont and Sherbrooke.
Renaud is a member in good standing of the APCHQ and is fully insured.
