I asked the receptionist is inspector will have moisture meter and she said YES.The inspector came and never took out the meter from his bag. After I asked if he is going to use moisture meter he said he would use it if he had seen any sign of moisture! He said he wouldn’t use it without any signs as it makes the same sound on metal as on moisture!I asked if he checked for moisture in the closets and he said YES whereas I was with him the whole time and he never opened even one closet!A part of the window frame was taped and he said he would like to see below the tape but he can’t remove it because “if he breaks it, he has to buy it”.A few times I had to ask him to take photos to include in the report!I paid 600 CAD for an inspection which worth not even 100 bucks! I will have to do another inspection!

Carol did a great job with my condo inspection and I couldn't be more happy with her work! I was particularly impressed with how thorough she was, and how she took the time to explain everything that needed to be done, what was urgent, what could wait, and why. Our inspector from Mose, Micheal Kallaur was excellent. He inspected 2 homes for us and one of them was a bit of a tricky situation. He went above and beyond to make sure the home was properly inspected, even going back a second time (asap) as a certain area was impassable the first time. Micheal made us feel like we could trust him now and in the future should we have any concerns about the home we purchased. 10/10 recommend.
