Andrew completed the inspection of our new home for my wife and I. He was very professional and thorough. He explained anything I had a question for and was explaining all aspects of each step of his process. Very informative and would recommend for anyone needing inspection. As the home is a 2 story home, he also had a drone to take footage and pics of the roof which was appreciated and helpful. The final report is very detailed and perfect for printing into a "to do" binder so that I can work on the small things that are mentioned in said report. Thank you for Mose Home Inspetions for providing Andrew for us.

We are first-time buyers, but we have many friends who are home-owners and Mose Home Inspection was highly recommended by at least two of them. We did not regret it! Carol is an awesome communicator and patiently answered all our newbie questions before, during, and after the inspection. On the day of the inspection, she arrived on time and well-prepared, and she let us tag along with her throughout the building, explaining what she was looking for, what she found, what we would likely need to do about it, etc. Her explanations are very clear and understandable to someone outside the fields of housing and renovations, which made the process feel exciting and interesting instead of confusing and distressing. Carol is also very approachable, which helped decrease the intimidation factor. We didn't shop around a lot, but we did check out one or two other inspectors that friends recommended, and Mose Home Inspection was the most affordable.Thanks Carol!(I give my permission to the team at Mose to use this testimonial, or part of it, on their website.)

Je tiens à exprimer mon profond mécontentement concernant l’inspection réalisée à mon domicile par Mme Carol Mose. Son rapport a non seulement fait échouer la vente de ma propriété, mais il demeure aujourd’hui un obstacle majeur. Les éléments qu’elle a signalés comme étant des problèmes sérieux se sont révélés infondés et inexistants, comme l’ont confirmé plusieurs experts qualifiés ainsi qu’une contre-expertise indépendanteParmi les exemples flagrants :• L’allégation d’un "ventre de bœuf" sur la façade avant, totalement infondée.• La prétendue non-conformité du tableau électrique, basée sur des normes commerciales alors qu’il s’agit d’un usage résidentiel.• …Les démarches que nous avons entreprises démontrent clairement son manque de compétence et la volonté manifeste de se couvrir plutôt que d’agir avec rigueur et professionnalisme.À éviter si vous cherchez une inspection sérieuse et fiable.

Had an inspection with Mr Yohann Ouellette. Upon arrival, he was already ahead of schedule. From the start of the inspection to the end, he was very professional.
