Inspecting the Exterior

In this page we will discuss the Mose home inspection process.

A professional home inspection is conducted based on industry standards of practice. At Mose Home Inspection Services we base ourselves on is the InterNACHI Quebec standards of practice. On this page we use the term “home” but the following equally applies to condominiums as well.

At Mose Home Inspection Services we begin our home inspections from the outside. There are a lot of reasons for this, not the least of which being we often arrive before the brokers or the buyer so this allows us to get our work done as soon as possible.

Being careful not to disturb anything your inspector will walk around the property to carefully observe various aspects of the condition of the homes exterior. Your inspector will not pull or pick on anything but will use their keen eyes and perhaps a pair of binoculars to discern what they believe the good and not so good aspects of the home are.
